MAX30102 is an integrated pulse oximeter and monitor biosensor module. It integrates a red LED and an infrared LED, photodetectors, optical devices, and low noise electronic circuits with ambient light suppression. MAX30102 uses a 1.8V power supply and a separate 5.OV power supply for the internal LED applied to wearable devices for heart rate and blood oxygen collection detection, worn on the fingers, earlobes and wrists. The standard and 12C-compatible communication interface can transmit the collected values to microcontrollers such as Arduino and KI25Z for heart rate and blood oxygen calculation. In addition, the chip can also turn off the module by software, and the standby current is close to 0, so that the power supply is always maintained.
MAX30100 is a module with integrated pulse oximeter and heart rate monitoring sensor. The device integrates two leds, a photodetector, optimized optics, and a low-noise analog signal processor to detect pulse oxygen and heart rate signals. MAX30 100 uses 1.8V and 3.3v supply voltages. Power can be turned off by software and power can be kept connected at all times due to negligible current consumption in standby mode. Typical applications are fitness AIDS, medical monitoring devices, and wearables.
